Maria Symeon

Maria is an organisation and executive development specialist and award-winning coach with 20 years’ experience working in a variety of business contexts and international cultures (including China, Europe, Middle East, Japan, UK and US). She has worked extensively in the areas of executive coaching, leadership development and talent management, board effectiveness and strategy. Maria is experienced in working at executive board / c-suite level facilitating leaders to think through strategy and to create sustainable practices and cultures. 

She holds a first degree in Psychology and a Masters in Occupational Psychology. She also holds a Certificate in Supervision for Coaching and Consultancy from the Tavistock Institute. Her approach to OD and professional coaching is systemically and psychodynamically informed.

Maria is the founder of Pathlight OD.

Linda Bullen

Linda is a chartered occupational psychologist with over 20 years’ experience in leadership development and selection, facilitation and executive coaching. Linda’s career began as an OD practitioner within PwC where she worked within the UK firm, later moving to provide OD consulting services across EMEA for Chevron.  She has worked independently for 15 years based from both the UK and Germany with clients across Europe.

She has worked across a number of industries including professional services, oil and gas, financial services, media, software development industries, Olympic level sport and other not-for-profit organisations.

Linda is an AoEC Accredited Professional Executive Coach.

Joel Osborne

Joel is a behavioural change specialist with 25 years of experience in areas including Business Ethics, Governance, risk and compliance, and high impact learning and development. This includes 15 years at PwC where he was the Director leading the Business Ethics consulting team.

Joel has a track record of working with clients to develop and implement tangible programmes of change both proactively and in crisis situations to help safeguard reputation, enhance performance and build confidence. He has extensive international, multicultural and cross industry experience.

Joel is a Fellow of the ICAEW and a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts. He regularly speaks at external conferences and has developed thought leadership on topics including ‘Tone from the Top’; ‘Codes of Conduct; and ‘Conduct in a resilient organisation’.

Marissa Makinson Hall

Marissa specialises in Leadership Development with a focus on supporting professional services firms. She has 20 years of experience working in Learning & Development for one of the Big 4.

She has a passion for facilitation and coaching and loves nothing better than helping people achieve those lightbulb moments. Marissa brings a global perspective to all that she does having worked in various roles overseas including Tokyo, Sydney, and New York.

She has extensive experience working with diverse teams across the world delivering highly impactful programmes and has gained an appreciation and understanding of cultural learning preferences.

Prior to specialising in learning she was an auditor and later a tax accountant. Her experience of client facing roles helps her resonate with the pressure professionals and executives face in their daily working lives.

She has a reputation for being fun to work with, supportive, and finding practical developmental solutions.

John Mavrommatis

John is an executive coach and leadership and team development specialist with 25 years of experience from design and delivery to working with senior leadership teams on live issues. He has worked extensively at senior levels and has been both a developer of people and teams. John’s ability to identify problems, analyse them and offer a pragmatic solution and communicate it, have been key resources in his coaching, leadership and team development work. and special projects.

John has a certificate in Coaching for Leadership and Professional Development (Tavistock Institute), a Masters in Organisational Behaviour (Birkbeck College) and a Certificate in Organisational Development (NTL).

Jane Davey

Jane is a highly experienced coach. As well as working in partnership with Executive Coaching Edge, she has run her own coaching business for several years. She works across a range of sectors including professional service firms, energy, public and third sector organisations.

She spent 30 years as a Learning and Development professional in PwC, having first qualified as a chartered accountant.

She is a registered psychotherapist with BACP and is a member of the BACP Coaching faculty.

Padraig Neary

Padraig is a chartered organisational psychologist with over 15 years of experience in helping individuals and organisations to improve their performance. He has a passion and focus on leveraging evidence based psychology to enable improvements to the leadership and culture of organizations. Padraig is based in Ireland but works in the UK and beyond regularly. Sector experience includes: professional services, banking and financial services, oil and gas, tech, pharma, retail, logistics, engineering, defence, public sector (UK/Ireland/EU), sports and not-for-profit organisations.

Padraig holds a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Occupational Psychology. He also holds a diploma in management and is an accredited coach.

Neil O’Brien

Neil is a chartered organisational psychologist who has been involved in the area of people development for over 15 years. He specialises in the areas of assessment for selection and development, talent identification, leadership development and coaching for performance. Neil also has a passion for sport and has combined this with his skills to offer services that lead to real measured performance improvements. Neil has worked across the world and in a range of industries including technology, professional services, financial services, oil and gas, public sector and pharma. 

Neil holds a first degree in Psychology, a Postgraduate Certificate  in Occupational Psychology and a Masters in Management and Business studies.

Barbara Picheta

Barbara has over 20 years’ experience as an executive coach and organisational development consultant, specialising in individual, team and leadership development, as well as coach development and supervision. She works with leaders and teams in complex and changing environments, in sectors spanning professional services, broking, retail, health, education, not for profit and the trade union movement. She is also a Coaching Supervisor and Assessor on the Tavistock Consulting Executive Coaching Programme.

Barbara’s approach is integrative and psychologically informed, drawing on her training in Systems-Psychodynamic, Person-Centred, Gestalt and Bio-Energetic orientations. She holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in HR Management, Certificates in Counselling, Career Coaching, Process Consulting, the Tavistock Certificate in Executive Coaching and the Tavistock Institute Certificate in Supervision for Coaching and Consultancy.

Jon Atkins

Jon is a chartered occupational psychologist and executive coach with 15 years’ expertise in coaching aspiring and established leaders across numerous sectors including Retail, Pharmaceutical, Financial Services, Legal and Oil and Gas.

As a psychologist and leadership development specialist, Jon draws from a deep well of psychological knowledge to support and drive the development of people. He is firm in the belief that the potential for change and progress lies within the individual and through supportive yet challenging coaching, the keys to success can be realised.

Jon is a qualified coach with the Institute of Leadership and Management and the Centre for Coaching, specialising in areas such as Solutions-Focused Coaching, Cognitive Behavioural Coaching and Resilience Coaching. Jon is also a Principle Practitioner with the Association of Business Psychology and Associate Fellow for the British Psychological Society.

Nicola Cardwell

Nicola has over 20 years’ experience working with leaders to deliver their business ambitions through organisational change and development interventions. Nicola has worked predominantly in professional services, and has experience in the Energy, FS, Public Services and Health, Telecoms and Charity sectors.

Nicola has extensive experience in helping organisations formulate their Inclusive leadership and Diversity strategies and capabilities. She has a reputation for challenging and supporting senior and future leaders, being commercially astute and focussing on making a tangible difference.  She has lived and worked in the Middle East and has held several global roles throughout her career.

Nicola holds a Masters in Organisational Development in Leading and Facilitating Transformative Change, is an AoEC Accredited Professional Executive Coach and a Member of the CIPD.

Sharon Wilson

Sharon is an experienced facilitator, mentor and ICF accredited coach who brings over 20 years’ experience of organisational and behavioural transformation. Her broad sector experience includes membership organisations and professional bodies, financial services, distribution, elite sport, media, leisure, construction, and charities. Her passion is working with senior teams to develop the culture, diversity and talent of their organisation to align with their vision of the future. She brings significant experience across all areas of HR and OD including cultural and behavioural change management, recruitment and assessment, employee engagement, inclusion and diversity, leadership and talent development and reward.

Stewart Beamont

Stewart Beamont is a business psychologist and leadership development specialist. Before setting up his own consulting business in 2005, Stewart was Director of Learning at Deloitte UK, leading an integrated team of 50+ which delivered all development and assessment programmes in the business. Stewart has a strong background in leadership development, and coaching. He is an experienced team leader and performance coach, and from his own experience is able to empathise with the pressures and challenges faced by senior leaders. He brings an informed and very practical perspective on developing skills, techniques and behaviours needed for successful leadership. Stewart’s work is driven by a real commitment to helping people to develop and change through understanding and making the most of their strengths, while facing up frankly to the habits and assumptions that might hinder their success.

Anastasia Lunyk Gousev

Anastasia is a culture transformation and organisational development specialist with over 15 years’ experience of working with financial services organisations. She has worked in consulting, advisory and industry including 9 years as part of the Strategy and Transformation group of a global Investment Banking company. Her specialism includes organisational and cultural assessment, change management, learning and development strategy and communications. Her qualifications include a PhD in Change Management & Organisational Culture.

Laura Haycock

Laura is a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, with over 25 years of consultancy experience working with leading organisations across all aspects of talent management including: selection and assessment; performance management; career development; employee engagement; leadership and team development; culture change; and diversity and inclusion. Clients have spanned all sectors including Law, Engineering, Finance, Government, Pharmaceutical, Retail, Charities and Academia. Laura has significant global experience, working with leaders outside the UK in Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia-Pacific and the Americas.

In addition to her training and experience as a business psychologist, Laura co-directed an environmental consultancy for several years. This direct leadership experience adds to Laura’s impact as an executive coach and enables her to bring fresh thinking that resonates with leaders.

Laura is certified in Coaching Psychology, from the Centre for Coaching. She studied Experimental Psychology at Oxford University and holds an MSc. in Applied Psychology from Cranfield University College of Aeronautics.

Jessica Robinson

Jessica spent the first 15 years of her career working in corporate banking, managing a variety of fast paced, time critical and high value processes. During this time she led her team through a recession as well as a critical mergert of 3 banks in 2011 and developed the skills of collaborating with stakeholders, balancing multi stakeholder needs. Before leaving the sector Jessica was working in KYC and KYB for business banking customers and was heavily involved in setting up a brand new team to support project delivery against regulatory deadlines.

In 2018 Jessica changed career direction taking on a consulting PMO role – where she supports all aspects of project management and coordination.

Eirini Rigopoulou

Irini has 9 years experience in conference and events management in a variety of contexts including academia and hospitality. She has a Bachelor in Political Sciences and History, a Masters in Tourism Management and she is also certified in Digital Marketing.

Irini’s current role focuses on project management and coordination across a range of consulting assignments.
