The scope of our work includes designing and delivering a leadership development experience for a specific population. This programme of work is ongoing and has evolved from being delivered face to face, to virtually to now being delivered in hybrid mode. As the firm has evolved its overall leadership development offering, the needs and characteristics of the participants have changed. We have adapted the experience to ensure it retains its leading edge.
